Producing Procedure  

 Transportation,  Hoisting & Stacking

Pipes of DN80-DN300 are supplied in bundles or in bulk as single pipes as per customer  requirementPipes of DN350-DN1400 are supplied in bulk as single pipes

        Transportation:To minimize damage to the coatings and lining during the transportation, the  Cushion, Timber, Wedge, Dog Anchor & Wire Rope are requested to support and secure the   pipes against movement.                                                                                                                             

         Hoisting: To ensure that the quality of pipes is not impaired during handling, handling of pipe shall be performed with lifts, cranes, or other suitable equipment and devices. Slings, hooks, or pipe tongs shall be padded and used in such a manner as to prevent damage to the pipe, linings, and coatings. The pipes shall not be dropped or dragged.

        Stacking: Under pipes there should be put wedge or crosstie while stacking pipes, and socket and spigot of pipes should be interleaved and on the stop wedge in case of pipe's rolling. Uneven and serious polluted ground, or slope and marshy are not available.
